Anna Wemyss, fundraiser for the Teenage Cancer Trust (South East) is organising a ‘Blue Day’ this coming Friday 14th October.
The plan is to get as many people to join in as possible and to raise funds for the building of a dedicated teenage ward at the Royal Marsden hospital in south London.
Some schools are helping to raise money by allowing the students to come dressed in blue for a small fee towards the charity.
I wanted to help Anna in some way so I have decided to give a percentage of my online sales to the charity.
If you are thinking of treating yourself or buying a gift for a friend, why not do it between now and midnight on 21st October and I will donate a some of your payment to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
This is how it’s going to work:
First of all, you get 10% off by using this code at the checkout: Blue10
If you buy something blue (I have blue purses, blue bags, blue pencil cases, blue credit card holders and more…), I will give 25% of your sale to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
If you buy anything else – ie any other colour, the charity gets 10%.
That’s about it…..happy shopping & thank you for helping me to help the Teenage Cancer Trust.
