Fashion Revolution Week 2020

It’s Fashion Revolution week again. Fashion Revolution was set up in 2013, following the factory collapse disaster in Bangladesh. They work to promote ethical & fair trade in the fashion, textiles and garment industry worldwide and as they say, we all need to ask ‘Who Made My Clothes?’

But a different one this year, that’s for sure. My ethical and fair trade workshop in rural India is closed for the moment due to the Coronavirus situation that is affecting most countries around the world.

But we can still celebrate our fabulous workers and hope that they will be allowed to go back to the workshop soon. Here are a few of them (from left), Jyothi, Vijayakumari, Pramilla, Monica, Swathi, Sujatha, Masthanamma and Narishiman.

Thank you all, for making my designs.
