I was visiting a friends house when she mentioned a new cookbook she had recently purchased. One look and I knew I had to get myself a copy too.

‘When Suzanne Cooks – Modern Flovours of Arabia’ by Suzanne Husseini

This is a gorgeous book, full of really interesting recipes for home cooked Arabian dishes. The fabulous photographs of the food help to inspire you to give a new recipe a try.

My current favourite is the Spiced Roasted Cauliflower with Citrus Tahini Sauce. Cauliflower has never tasted so good!

I bought the hardback version in a local bookstore but the paperback version is available from Amazon.
