Yippee, it’s Smoothie Week and I’ve been inventing! Here’s another one for you to try.
This one is really yummy and not too sweet.
Recipe:
1 apple
1 orange
1 ruby grapefruit
1 key lime
2 heaped dessertspoons natural yoghurt
Iced Water
Peel citrus fruit and remove large pips. Put all fruit and yoghurt in a blender and whizz. Add iced water to loosen the mixture.
Serves 2
Enjoy immediately 🙂
