A very refreshing but quite sweet tasting smoothie.
Recipe:
1 slice watermelon (about 2 cups)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 a large banana
2 dessertspoons natural yoghurt
2 dessertspoons crushed ice
Remove large black shiney seeds from watermelon (other seeds can be left in). Chop and blend all ingredients together.
Serves 2-3
Drink immediately.
