Another yummy healthy breakfast (or anytime) smoothie. This time it’s watermelon, raspberries, banana and yoghurt.
Recipe:
1 slice of watermelon
1/2 large banana
2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
2 heaped dessertspoons natural yoghurt
Some cold water or crushed ice to loosen
Blend all together in a blender. The frozen raspberries make it nice and chilled. I didn’t bother de-seeding the watermelon this time as it’s seeds were the small brown and cream ones, not the tough black ones. The seeds add a bit of crunch. This made enough for 2.
Drink immediately.
