A really refreshing and very simple smoothie.
Recipe:
3 oranges
1 apple
1 lemon
Iced water or crushed ice
Slice rind off oranges and lemon. Chop and remove pips (or leave them in). Cut apple and remove core. Put all fruit into blender and whizz. Add crushed ice or iced water to loosen mixture to desired thickness.
