This one is extra yummy and there’s no dairy, so it’s good for people who are lactose intolerant.
Recipe:
About 12 strawberries
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1/2 a banana
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 large slice of watermelon
Blend all together in blender. No need to de-seed the watermelon unless the seeds are really solid, shiney and black. If it has the brown/creamy seeds, these are softer and will be chopped up in the blending process, adding extra crunch. If it’s too thick, add a little cold water, crushed ice or more watermelon.
