A funny thing happened a few days ago…..when some people on Twitter started discussing my bags.
A twitter friend, Natalie is trying to choose a holdall for an imminent trip to Hollywood (get her!) but she couldn’t decide on which bag to go for.
She probably has less idea now after all the input from well meaning Twitterers (is that the correct term?)…. but as well as having to choose the style & colour and whether to have canvas with leather or all leather – the conversations turned upside down when someone mentioned how they liked to sniff the leather!
Out of all the things you can ‘sniff’, I suppose a nice red wine would come top of my list!
But:
One by one, people came ‘out’ to admit they like the smell of a new leather bag! Thank you to lovely new friend Tracy for starting me off with these words about my bags:
‘Bet they smell nice too. Yes, I sniff my bags.’
So: I’m launching the Bag Sniffers club! You can join the club on Twitter, just tell me you like sniffing bags, or you may want to admit that you sniffed your new wallet when you bought it!
