This is a great one for when you’re short of time.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup summer berries (I used raspberries, blueberries, cherries, black and red currants)
- 1 cup coconut milk
Method:
Blend all together for 10 seconds or until smooth. This works best with cold coconut milk and berries from the fridge or freezer. I put my coconut milk in the fridge overnight before using.
