It’s someone’s birthday today (not mine) so I made a special birthday smoothie this morning. This one probably gives you 3 of your ‘5 a day’ if you’re into that sort of thing 🙂
It’s really refreshing and yummy.
Recipe:
3 slices of watermelon
1/4 of a galia melon
1 nectarine
1 cup summer berries (I used a frozen mix of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
Blend altogether and enjoy! Makes enough for two.
This juice looks awesome, I can’t wait to try making this. I am always on the lookout for new juice recipes.
