Eaten too much over the holidays? I made this super smoothie the other day from leftover fruit and it was so zesty and yummy, I thought I’d share it here.
Recipe
2 Clementines peeled
1 and a half lemons juiced
1 small banana
About 15 green grapes
About 1/2 a cup of fresh apple juice
3 ice cubes
2 dollops of natural yoghurt
Method
Blend all together for a couple of minutes until smooth. Drink immediately. Serves 2.
