Here’s a tasty and easy smoothie from your fruit bowl basics. It’s quite thick but you can thin it down by adding a little cold water.
This makes enough for 1 glass, double or triple the recipe for 2 or more.
Recipe:
1 Orange, peel and remove the stones
1 Lemon, peel and remove the stones
1/2 a Pear with skin on
1 medium size Banana
Blend all together until smooth. Drink immediately.
The banana keeps it sweet and the lemon makes it very refreshing.
Next time, I might try adding a little natural yoghurt.
