Crispy smoked bacon with French toast and maple syrup. Definitely best made with brioche.
Recipe: (per person)
3 rashers thinly cut smoked streaky bacon
2 slices of brioche
1 large egg
Maple syrup
Grill the bacon until crisp, soak the brioche in beaten egg and fry until golden on both sides. Serve all together and drizzle maple syrup over the french toast. Yummy!
