It was the smaller bag’s maiden voyage. I’ve owned her for a while but have been using her purple sister. The overnight bag has seen service across Asia and has some souvenirs attached.
We went on to Hanoi (a reference to Shona’s recent post about Saigon) – but I didn’t get time to take pictures there.
The weekend bag had to endure being checked in for the return trip in favour of some precious lacquer pieces to travel in the cabin. I had her wrapped in industrial cling film at the airport – the best £2 spent anywhere in the world – and she was very comfortable.
